Shipping Info

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.



All orders from items in stock are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment. Added to this is the time the postal service needs to deliver your order. Bear in mind we have no control over delivery dates. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.



If you have ordered any Pre-Sale item(s) together with an in-stock item, you have two options:

- Wait until the desired pre-order item gets manufactured and can be shipped together in just one package or,

- Pay for separate shipping: One for the item(s) in stock and another for the Pre-Sale item(s).



Delays might occur in the manufacturing of Pre-Sale items due to the high demand in factories, lack of supplies due to logistics problems, covid, energetic crisis, etc.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and will be displayed at checkout according to the items' weight, destination, and delivery method.



Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. itSELF and Falcon Tour Service are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.



Usually, orders are delivered between 3 and 10 business days. It might take way longer depending on your location, customs delay, etc.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.



If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at itselfdeath666@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and we may make a deduction as well for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and do not accept any damaged parcels. Always open it in front of the postman to make sure your order is safe as we cannot claim any refunds from the Post Office if a damaged parcel is accepted and delivered.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/bundle items and on Downloadable products.


European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
